on homeschooling :: literature :: month 9.

April was the last FULL month of literature selections for the school year,
and FULL it was!
Most of our school literature comes from our history curriculum, the Story of the World, and seeing how we only have a few more lessons left, my May literature post will be much smaller.

As I said before, we had a BIG month for history, since we finished up several subjects during April.
We learned about ancient India, China, and Rome, along with a few lessons on the Jewish people and the beginnings of Christianity in Rome.
So please, bear with me and this LONG list. :)

We read the play Julius Caesar from this book.

And some of Audrey's "fun" reading...

Whew!
That is a LOT of reading, but as I've said before, that's one of the things that I absolutely adore about this particular curriculum.
